MYO

Appointed by property experts Landsec, Bluebottle was tasked with creating a unique set of private offices for Myo, set across four floors, each 9000sq ft in the 17-storey Dashwood Tower, overlooking Liverpool Street Station. With a focus on flexibility, creativity and customisation, Bluebottle’s ambition meant opening the vertically stacked floorplate by installing a staircase link between the two middle floors to improve the internal connection and flow of the shared amenities. In addition, Bluebottle designed private meeting rooms, executive offices and configurable furniture and break-out spaces.

As Landsec does too, Bluebottle prioritises environmental design solutions with a focus on the future of the workplace, introducing practices that foster the wellbeing and productivity of those inside. With that in mind Bluebottle took a holistic approach to the project examining not just the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and planting throughout, but exploring experience, feeling, sound and smell. This was done by designing timeless, refined interiors with soft textiles and a material palette that also offered hints of the building’s 1970s heritage. Myo was able to attain a WELL gold certification.
