London SW7

Project Size: 2000 sq ft

Construction Period: 32 weeks

Completed: September 2007

The brief was to utilise an existing subterranean garden, located off a separate, private resident’s garden, to exhibit a collection of contemporary, three-dimensional artworks viewable from both outside and inside the house. Design features include hand-cut Cornish slate with openings and apertures to showcase individual art pieces, along with a two-way, pivoting mirror screen that allows extended views of the pavilion from within the house.

Our sculptural contributions included green-lit bamboo, pebbles, shallow bodies of water and a waterfall over chainmail, lit with an electro-luminescent panel.
